The Bridge Group began operations in January 1999 to assist real estate owners, developers, and commercial tenants in the areas of project development planning, entitlement strategy formulation, asset management, community outreach and landlord/tenant relationships. With a core expertise in public agency ground leases coupled with extensive experience in hands-on asset management, The Bridge Group activities currently include ground lease extension strategic plan development and evaluation; public agency and community relations; community outreach, entitlement processing, commercial real estate tax appeals and appraisal management, proponent and opponent management; development of effective strategies for owners who develop or manage commercial real estate in a public environment.
